What is ESC?
Engineering Student Council or ESC is a non-profit, student-run organization established to represent UC Irvine's engineering student body! You can learn more about us and our mission in the About Us tab at the top of the page.
What kind of events does ESC organize?
ESC organizes several events including professional development workshops, faculty and student networking events, socials, mentorship programs, career fairs, and more. All events are free for students! You can check out our upcoming, past, and annual events in the Events tab at the top of the page.
Why should I join ESC?
ESC will enrich your college experience by providing you with a wide range of unique opportunities to interact with your peers, staff, faculty, and professionals in the engineering community. You will be able to learn important leadership, communication, event organizing, and networking skills that will help you achieve your academic and career goals.
How do I join ESC?
General Member Applications are open throughout the school year. Committee applications open around the beginning of each quarter. Executive Committee and Cabinet elections start in late winter quarter. To learn more about which committee to apply for, check out the Committees tab at the top of the page.
